Vegetable Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) tomato juice
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) peeled and chopped cucumber
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped scallions
- 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) fresh-ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot-pepper sauce
Directions
- Make the smoothies: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth -- about 3 minutes. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture among the glasses. Serve immediately.
