Berry-Banana Smoothie


Ingredients
  • 2  (small) bananas
  • 1 container(s) (8-oz.) plain low-fat, yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) milk, skim, 1% or soy
  • 1 cup(s) (fresh or frozen) berries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or a combination

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
