Berry-Banana Smoothie
Ingredients- 2 (small) bananas
- 1 container(s) (8-oz.) plain low-fat, yogurt
- 1 cup(s) milk, skim, 1% or soy
- 1 cup(s) (fresh or frozen) berries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or a combination
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in your blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
